Yay Or Nay? Sonam Kapoor & Alia Bhatt’s Indo-Western Outfit
These two fashion divas were spotted at different events wearing something experimental, but were they successful in nailing the look?
Our Bollywood fashion ladies- Sonam Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were in a mood of some experiment.
They both stepped-out at various events wearing something really quirky and experimental. While Sonam chose an authentic Raw Mango saree draped the other side round, Alia Bhatt wore a Payal Singhal outfit.

Starting with Sonam Kapoor, I completely loved her look. It was quite out of the box. She chose a plain white cotton saree with a striped black border.
Her blouse was a satin striped number again, and she draped the pallu with a waist band, making her look absolutely elegant. I loved the classic vintage hair-do and those silver chunks as accessories. She completed the look with pop orange lips.
Sonam was recently in a big controversy related to her wardrobe. A lot of buzz was created on social media when Sonam stepped out wearing a bold jumpsuit for an event. However, she gave a befitting reply to everyone who slammed her.

Alia Bhatt on the other hand chose this beige embellished Dhoti kurta outfit. She kept it neat and simple. The outfit is a creation straight from the LFW runway. Alia matched the fringe element in her kurti with fringe earrings- I say she completely nailed it.
I loved the outfit too much to find any loopholes in Alia’s look.
Well, Sonam and Alia both pulled off the experimental fusion look with much ease. They kept it hatke, and yet looked pleasing. After all, they’re called fashion divas for a reason.
